This DIY installation guide will help you install 2005-2008 Dodge Charger LED tail lights from Dash Z Racing.  We will show you step by step so you will have a easy understanding of how to install your brand new LED tail lights.  The 2005-2008 Dodge Charger LED tail lights are available in many colors but the installation is all the same.  Please follow the instructions below.

Before you start make sure the vehicle is turned off and the negative is removed from the battery.  Begin at the rear of the vehicle.

In the trunk please locate the plastic knob, turn and remove it.  Then pop out the plastic piece shown in the picture.

Next, remove the covers and locate 2 more plastic knobs circled in the picture.  Remove the 2 plastic knobs.  Push in the red tab on the wire plug to remove it as well.  Since everything is now disconnected remove the tail light from the vehicle.

Now that the stock tail light is removed you will notice that there is no reserve light bulb in the new LED tail lights.  Please disconnect the stock reserve bulb and connect it onto the new LED tail lights.

The next step is to put the new tail lights on to the vehicle.  Connect the wire plugs, then screw back the plastic knobs.  Make sure you put everything back the way it was.  Now test the lights and you’re finished.
