Thank you for H311RasoR from NewCelica.org who provide this thorough installation tutorial for the 2000-2005 Toyota Celica Halo LED Projector Headlights. Although you don’t have a 00-05 Toyota Celica, you will still amazed about his Celica, so don’t forget to check out his ride and that’s the real 00-05 Toyota Celica should look like:
From H311RasoR
“ok got mine they are SEXY SEXY… here is A way to install them..
this setup will give you (as to quote the guy above):
you have to click to the parking lights(1click) to get- Halo & LEDs
you have to click to low beam(2click) to get- Halo & LEDs & LOW BEAM
you have to click to High beam(3Click) to get- Halo & LEDs & LOW & HIGH BEAM
at night time you can can have just the Halos and LEDs on with just the parking lights turned to on mode (1click)
SO FIRST REMOVE THE FRONT BUMPER (THERE ARE SEVERAL TUTORIALS ON THIS SITE. JUST SEARCH FOR IT IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS)
NEXT REMOVE THE THREE BOLTS THAT HOLD ON YOUR HEADLIGHTS:

NOW REMOVE ALL THE BULBS BY TWISTING AND PULLING SLIGHTLY
YOU WILL NOW HAVE A:
HIGH BEAM, LOW BEAM, TURN SIGNAL,
AND A “BUMBLE BEE” (THAT IS USED FOR ILLUMINATING ROAD SIGNS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD)(THERE IS NO PLACE ON THE NEW LIGHTS FOR THIS BULB)

I THEN CUT THE BUMBLE BEE LIGHT PLUG OFF AND STRIPPED BACK THE WIRES A LITTLE

NOW ON THE NEW LIGHTS CUT OFF THE LITTLE PLUG THAT GOES TO THE HALOS ( AS FAR AS I COULD TELL THERE WAS NO PLACE FOR THIS PLUG TO PLUG IN TO OUR CELICA)
THEN TWIST THE WHITES TOGETHER AND THE BLACKS TOGETHER FOR THE LEDS AND THE HALOS
THEN TWIST THE WHITES TO THE GREEN (12 VOLTS) WIRE FROM THE BUMBLE BEE AND THE BLACKS TO THE WHITE WITH BLACK STRIPE (GROUND) WIRE FROM THE BUMBLE BEE AND OF COURSE USE ELECTRICAL TAPE TO COVER IT ALL.

RECONNECT ALL THE WIRES FOR THE BULBS ( TURN SIGNAL, HIGH BEAM, LOW BEAM) AND I PREFER TO WRAP THEM ALL WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE.

DONT FORGET TO GRAB THIS LITTLE METAL CLIP OFF THE OLD LIGHTS AND PUT IT ON YOUR NEW LIGHTS.

PUT THE LIGHTS BACK IN THEIR MOUNTS, TEST THEM FOR ALL LIGHTS WORKING,”
