Hey all my fans out there, how are you?  Let me ask all of you a question.  When you hear the word “cube” what comes to mind?  Nintendo right?  Well move over Nintendo and make room for Nissan.  The Nissan Cube has been on the Japanese market for some time and now it has finally come to the US.  One thing I find really hard to believe is that the Nissan Cube (146.90 inches) is actually a foot shorter than the Mazda MX5. How is all this even possible? I strongly feel Nissan stole Wayne Szalinski’s shrink ray and zapped the Pathfinder to make this new car.

The Nissan Cube is able to pack 7 people and a huge sofa chair, keeping in mind that this car is shorter than the MX5. It turns out that the cube has more trunk room (50 cu. ft. of cargo room with seats down) than a Mercedes-Benz S-class. With the cube’s 1.8-L 4-cylinder engine you get about 30+ mpg and 122hp. You might be thinking since the car is so small what about safety? The cube also comes equipped with 6 standard air bags and standard Vehicle Dynamic Control. Not only is it safety equipped, the cubes comes with a ton of fun stuff too. For example, there is the Nissan Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition and Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System. The cube also has Rockford Fosgate subwoofers with iPod integration/MP3/WMA CD capability.

Cars in America are getting smaller and smaller these days. I am looking forward to this car being released in the states. I’m just dying to see a Youtube video of some kid putting turbo into this bad boy. I can image the video title now “Nissan Cube smokes Ferrari.”
